    Percent of H1-B Applications Processed within Seven Days of Filing:
    100% for the four quarters ending 12/31/2008;
    99% for the four quarters ending 12/31/2009.

    Percent of Employer Applications for Permanent Labor Certification Resolved within Six (FY2009) / Nine (FY2010) Months of Filing:
    37% for the four quarters ending 12/31/2008;
    4% for the four quarters ending 12/31/2009.
