Employment Authorization: 1 year, 6 months agoYes, it should be AOS. Be sure your enter your I-485 Receipt Number and I-140 Approval number in the additional text section (if filing online) and send out the hard copies in the mail.

Employment Authorization: 1 year, 7 months agoI’m attempting to file an I-765 and need clairification on the application question “Current Immigration Status” I am a holder of an L1-A visa with an approved I 140 and have a pending I 485. So I’m not sure if I put “Non Resdient Alien” or “Adjustment of Status AOS”
Any insight????
