I-130 2 days, 2 hours agoOkay so I contacted my Senator and he saild that my I 130 case was transfered to the Atlanta Field Office. I still do not know why, but my sentator said they also sent them an inquiry on my behalf as well. Hopefully good news comes up or any other SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Yeah it says the California Service Center is around 5 months to process the I 130, but I do not now how much longer i will have to wait. I keep calling the USCIS cuntomer service phone number and had sent numerous service inquires but all those letters say wait without any exlanation of why they are taking so long to process my petition.
